By participating as a speaker partner and/or event attendee you agree to the following:

Speaker Partners: If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing please contact us via email at or you may call to discuss your circumstance at 1-888-436-0033 ext. 1.  Speaker Partners may cancel their Access Pass within 10 days of their original purchase for a full refund of the access pass fee paid. If a Speaker Partner must cancel thereafter they must do so by 11:59 pm July 1, 2018 to be eligible for a 50% refund of their paid Speaker Partner Access Pass fee (please note the other 50% will be withheld to cover administrative and promotional costs already incurred, no exceptions).  All speaker partner access pass cancellations on OR AFTER July 2, 2018 are non-refundable. However, if necessary you may transfer your registration to another qualified professional with pre-approval from the Host Chair by August 1, 2018 by requesting authorization to us at

Paid Event Registrants: VIP registered attendees whom are confirmed paid attendees and no longer wish to attend the LIVE virtual conference in real time may request  refund by 11:59 August 15, 2018.  There after all registered attendees will be who are unable to attend will forfeit their entire paid registration.  Please note all presentations will be available to ALL registered attendees as replay recordings and automatically shared with attendees via email. 

Force Majeure. If any related parties including the provider of webinar software solutions fails to fulfill its obligations hereunder (other than an obligation for the payment of money), when such failure is due to an act of God, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, civil commotion, riot, war (declared and undeclared), revolution, terrorist attack or embargoes, then said failure shall be excused for the duration of such event and for such a time thereafter as is reasonable to enable the parties to resume performance under this Agreement, provided however, that in no event shall such time extend for a period of more than one hundred eighty (180) days. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the virtual conference, the liability of Growth & Success Con is limited to the return of paid registration and speaker partner fees within 90 days of the originally scheduled virtual conference.
